I am grateful to work with people all over the world.
I became a coach while working with design leaders at Capital One and design consultancy Adaptive Path. While working in roles from General Manager to Chief of Staff, I leveraged my skills, through empathy, active listening, personalized coaching, and group facilitation, to catalyze people to do their best work.

I’ve learned from brilliant coaches — Co-Active Training Institute, BetterUp, Learning as Leadership, Circle Up, & independent coaches — and now dedicate myself to this fulfilling profession supporting others’ lives and careers.
