I help creative leaders thrive.

We are all creative.

We are all leaders.

We all deserve to thrive.

Hello, I’m Laura Kirkwood-Datta, CPCC, ACC. In my coaching practice, I invigorate creative leaders to find new perspectives, design alternative futures, slay hindering beliefs, go beyond their goals, and embrace their unique journey.

Why work with a Coach?

Many people hire a coach when they have a major transition in their life - a new role or team, a career change, or a desire to create or renew goals...there's a multitude of reasons to work with a coach.

As a coach, I will champion, encourage, inspire, and question. I will hold you accountable to this audacious goal…to live life wholly. Right now, all you need is an open mind, curiosity, and a willingness to invest in YOU.

My Practice

I’m a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, through the Co-Active Training Institute, and an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. At the root of my training is the belief that we are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. All of the work we’ll do together is based on that core tenet.

"For me, becoming isn't about arriving somewhere or achieving a certain aim.

I see it instead as forward motion, a means of evolving,

a way to reach continuously toward a better self.

The journey doesn't end,"

— Michelle Obama
